Keep in mind that Pangaea was not a muggle-hater. She would not have valued purebloods more than muggleborns. In fact, just the opposite. Also, most house rivalries are very much lessened due to the decimation of the wizard population and the disbanding of the schools. Add that on to the fact that most of these kids would probably have never even heard of Hogwarts until they were sent there and you have a recipe for...about as much rivalry between the houses as you do between grades in high school during Homecoming.
So basically Slytherins are not automotically considered evil or dark anymore, Gryffindors aren't always the good guys. Ravenclaw is still the smart house and Hufflepuffs are still particularly good finders, but they're not the sort of neutral leaning towards good houses that no one cares about.
In short: no picking on the Slytherins any more than any other house, being a pureblood muggle hater doesn't make you a Slytherin, being a good person doesn't mean you can't be in Slytherin.
(I make myself sound like such a Slytherin fan, but that's not it. I'm worried about board canon)
Please invite more people so we can have quidditch teams xD
