“W-Who was that guy Tino?” Im stood there in shock and awe as the blond student left the corridor, taking Im’s mess with him. Im couldn’t believe his eyes, the mess was gone the charred wood was good as new and the glass was pristine, like it didn’t even break just moments before. Who was that guy was all that Im could think.
Im brushed the thought from his mind and tried to follow the guy. Opening the door he peeked out and to his dismay, they blond had already gone. Im swore to get that kind of power too. Whoever that was he is now a fan. Anyway the bang from the cracker must have alerted someone else too.
“Let’s our stuff together and change cabins Tino, just in case someone comes to inspect the noise.” Im started collecting his bags and kept the pouch in his sleeve. “Well Tino?” Im was waiting for Tino to start gathering his stuff so they could change cabins.
[Sorry for the looo~ooong wait T_T ]

“I… have no idea.” Tino answered, still trying to comprehend everything that had happened. The flow of his feelings from nervousness to outright panic and then relief had been so fast he was starting to feel a little dizzy. The lack of sleep sure didn’t help. He stood in the middle of the cabin blinking and trying to clear his head while Im rushed after the blonde only to return right away. Apparently the boy had disappeared as fast as he had appeared. Tino wondered who he had been; surely he must’ve been a wizard since he already knew how to use magic. He couldn’t help the small pang of jealousy mixing into the gratefulness and admiration he felt for the mysterious boy.
“Eh?” Tino turned back to Im when he started gathering his luggage to leave. “But it should be okay now, right? Since the mess is gone…” Actually Tino thought it would be best to leave, too. He just didn’t feel that well and the thought about dragging his heavy trunk along the corridors didn’t exactly sound very appealing to him. Besides, it was unlikely they’d be able to find another compartment that was free of other students… And that meant Tino could say goodbye to his desperately needed nap.
“D-don’t you think we could stay here?” He asked Im, a pleading look in his eyes. He really hoped the other boy wouldn’t keep insisting.

"I ... I guess we could just lie about the explosion, right Tino?" Im stopped in his tracks and thought for a moment his hands still clasped on his bag. Something bothered Im, their blond savior was too good. Even a good wizard won't be able to remove that charm so easily, could he have been ... no he can't. "Well Tino. Do you think he's a t-teacher? The one who saved us I mean."
Im's adrenaline started, if he was a teacher they'd be dead. "I think we shouldn't go Tino ... but we have to get our story straight if someone does ask." Im sat on his seat and searched his pouch for a quill and parchment. "Let's start thinking Tino."

Tino nodded in response and plopped back down on the seat. It would probably be best to think of some kind of story to explain the loud explosion, even if no one ever asked about it.
“A teacher?” Tino felt something cold drop into his stomach when Im mentioned the possibility. But then… Tino thought about it for a while and then relaxed again, shaking his head. “Don’t think so…” he said. “He would’ve said something if he was. Besides, he didn’t really look much older than us so…” There was no way someone that young could be a teacher, right? Especially since most of the wizarding schools had been closed up until now.
But well, the boy had been pretty talented. And thanks to him they were (mostly) out of trouble. With the cabin looking good as new, the only thing left to worry about was the sound of the explosion. And that could probably be explained pretty easily.
Tino settled more comfortably into the cushioned seat, trying to make himself as comfortable as possible now that they’d agreed to stay in the compartment. He left out a huge yawn and rubbed his eyes, sleep already trying to take over him. “Maybe we could just say that we tried out some kind of harmless spell but we all we managed to do was that sound.” His talking was interrupted by another yawn. “Do you know any spells that have something to do with noises? We could say we just failed at casting it… Or then I’ll just say I dropped my wand and it made the noise.” Not that he’d ever really drop it; he knew he was a bit clumsy sometimes but even he knew better than to drop his wand. Tino hoped they wouldn’t have to go for that option. He didn’t want to seem like an idiot in front of the teachers.
Tino lifted his feet onto the seat and leaned his head against the wall, looking at the passing landscapes behind the window. It was still pretty light outside, they probably had at least a few hours before the train reached its destination. It hadn’t really been long since they’d left from Kings Cross.
He yawned once again and glanced at Im a little apologetically. “I think I’ll take a nap. I haven’t really slept last night and I don’t really want to fall asleep during the welcoming ceremony.” Tino reached for his jacket and folded it into a makeshift pillow, tucking it behind his head before lying down a little awkwardly. The seat was just a bit too short, forcing him to bend his legs a little bit. Still, it was surprisingly comfortable. Tino felt his eyelids starting to close almost immediately.
“Good night…” He managed to murmur to the other boy before his eyes closed completely and sleep took over, making him dead to the world.

"I guess we could lie about it but what kind of spell would make a loud noise like that?" Imturned to look at Tino to ask. "Eh? He's already asleep?" Im wanted to shake the guy awake but couldn't ... his sleeping face was just too adorable. "I-I guess Its up to me again ..." Im got his spare jacket from his luggage and placed it on Tino like a blanket. "Good night."
Im's mind wasn't too far away from sleep either but there really was one last thing he had to do. Grabbing his marker from the pouch he started doodling on Tino's sleeping face. "Good kitty cat." Im let out a small sigh and laid down on the seat, folding his arms as a makeshift pillow.
