(I'll replace this to a coloured one when I get to colour this X'D)
Character Name: Gilbert Beilschmidt
Country: Prussia
Age: 17
House: Slytherin
Gender: Male
Personality:
Gilbert is pretty much a model-example of a bad student. He has the brain for school, but he’s too busy misbehaving and directing his attention to anything else than studying, to actually show any sign of a student who would know even something what’s happening at class. He’s definitely a complete opposite of his brother, the well-known teacher and not many would guess that they’re related in any way.
So, on the outside, Gilbert is a pompous bastard who doesn’t give a damn of anyone but himself. From the inside…pretty much the same. Well, not exactly, but those are few of his most visible traits. And that’s before he opens his mouth and you’ll also know he has no decency or self-censoring when he speaks out.
Gilbert is indeed a bit of a persona, with a larger than life ego. He really loves himself and let’s other know it too. He loves being the center of attention in every situation and place and will do almost everything to achieve that.
He is a quite active person who hated getting bored. He also enjoys quarrelling and picking up fights and gets quite bit of an entertainment from that. He hates being ignored or alone (even if he tries to tell himself other vice about the latter one).
He sees the school-grounds as a huge playground, meant for him to find entertainment from and the students of other houses as perfect victims to tease or to show off to. Of course his house is the superior one…others just have to learn this fact. Ignorant fools, hah!
Background:
Gilbert was the youngest of three children of the Beilschmidt family. He was fine with his family-arrangement, not really caring that their father was never around, he was more respectful to his brothers, even at young age. Alexander’s (his oldest brother) death was a hard fact for him to swallow, but he never showed it out. Even if he seemed like a loud and mischievous child, the death of his brother had just made him want to protect his family even more, specially his other older brother Ludwig. Even if they had a bigger age-difference, he made a promise to himself to always stay close to his brother. Not like he would say that out loud, but that’s what he sworned to himself.
He was always the kind of aggressive kid when growing up. There were many times when he almost used in public even the smallest spells he had been able to learn, when he was young, just to be able to test them out. His temperament almost got ahold of him at times and specially the reign of Pangea had made him sworn to be the one to strike her down. Well, of course this didn’t happen, but it didn’t stop Gilbert’s thoughts of ‘what if’ he would be the one to defeat her. In his mind, if he had given a chance, hell yeah he would’ve defeated that damn Pangea easily!
Actually, for the longest of time as he grew up, he was sure that some day Pangea would bow down to him. People around him always tried to shush him of such thoughts, try to make him keep a bit lower profile, but Gilbert was sure that some day HE would be the greatest wizard in the world, almost with any cause.
He followed his brother’s footsteps in attending the Mountaintop Institute and slowly made his way through it the best way he could, always going on about how he will change everything one day. Of course, in the end he never got the chance to do any of that he was always threatening to do. He studied in the school and lived in same conditions than others his age. He was kind of bummed when his brother finished his studies in the same school when he barely got the school started and since Ludwig wasn’t around to tell him to behave, he became quite a trouble-student. He learned some spells from his brother on their free time out of school when he was visiting his brother and was so keen to learn more, always wanting to know new things.
Then, Pangea was defeated and the world turned in a different way. And that was more than fine to Gilbert who was excited about this all. (even though his great plans hadn’t went like he wished. Though, even if Pangea was defeated, Gilbert still planned on becoming the most powerfull wizard and getting to be the new awesome icon for all the wizards. This image he still has his head and he aims to. Or at least he talks about it a lot)
As Hogwards opened again, he was more than happy to hear his brother was going to teach in that place and that he could be with his family again. He was also keen on learning the useful spells he hadn’t been able to learn before. He is still really lazy at school and even when he has the enthusiasm to learn the spells he likes th most (mostly the aggressive offensive ones he’s fancinated in), he still lacks the motivation to school.

So how long was this train-ride going to be? It had already felt like forever and some more! Not that the day had been the greatest from the start either. First of all, damn he had to get up early and get ready to go to the train-station. It would’ve been easier if he was actually a morning-person. Even if he had been really excited to get to the great school he had gotten the acceptance letter in and slept the few latest night holding it so he wouldn’t lose it in his cluttery room.
Though he was sure there must’ve been a mistake in the letter. The words ‘honorary student’ didn’t read anywhere. Of course he was special compared to all the others who were getting to the school. Or maybe they just didn’t want the others to get sad because of his superiority. He would have to ask his brother to talk about that with the ones that wrote these letters.
It had turned out that there was actually quite many others coming to the same school as him. (oh those ‘normal’ students pfff). Which brought him to the second thing that had brought back his mood this morning. The platform which the train left was in a chaos and some stupid kids even dared to bump into him when he was finding his way to the right cart in the train. Really! These poor puny wizard-wannabes obviously had no idea who he was! Well..he’d remember their looks….and he’s get his revenge. Hehe…they will see who laughs the best in the end. Hehee~
He had finally found his way to the cart and got his stuff settled. He had been trying to pry from some conductor-looking fellow where the first class awesome carts were but he really hadn’t gotten that nice answer from that un-awesome dude. Oh well, he could work with the situation. Normal cart it was then…but he better have some extra-special treatment by the train staff or something.
As the train had started moving, he finally relaxed and leaned back in his seat. Ok, the morning hadn’t been starting well and this ride really seemed like forever, but as he got to relax and wait for what’s to come, he felt the day was going to get better. He was actually getting kind of excited when he was trying to think what would be waiting for them in the famous school. He had read and heard things about it, the studies, how cool the place was and all about the houses and all. A grin appeared to his face as his mood was totally different from what it was a few minutes ago.
“Hell…they’ll set a new house there....just for the awesome me!” he laughed outloud as his head was now filled with all the awesomeness he’d be bringing to that school. He would turn everything upside down there…he would become a legend. Hah!
[ughh...hope this is ok~ o3o~]
